Hosting with Northstar Libations is easy. Here’s what to expect:

1. Request a Quote
Fill out our quick online form with your event details — date, location, guest count, and any special requests. The more we know, the better we can tailor your service.

2. Receive Your Estimate Within 24 Hours
We’ll review your information and send you a customized quote that outlines the right package, recommended add-ons, and staffing suggestions for your guest count.

3. Secure Your Date with a Retainer
Once you’re ready, a 50% non-refundable retainer locks in your date and package. We’ll confirm everything in writing so you can relax knowing your bar is covered.

4. We Arrive, Setup & Serve
Our professional team shows up early to set up the bar, organize supplies, and get everything ready before your guests arrive. From the first pour to the last call, we handle service with professionalism and care.

5. Enjoy Your Stress-Free Event
At the end of the night, we break everything down and leave the space clean. You get to enjoy your celebration without worrying about a single detail behind the bar.

  • Yes! If you already have supplies, we’ll work with what you provide. But most of our packages cover everything, so you don’t have to stress.

  • Each package includes:

    • Certified bartenders

    • Setup & breakdown

    • Bar tools, coolers, and ice management

    • Disposable cups, napkins, and straws

    • Custom printed bar menu
      Higher tiers include cocktails, garnishes, and premium upgrades. You can also add extras like an espresso bar, champagne service, or portable bar setup.

  • A 50% retainer is due at booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, or cash.
